Description
Commissioned by Fillmore Real Estate in Brooklyn, back in 2000 to paint a large, colorful, abstract painting of the approximate view of NYC from their location. Knowing how valuable land is in NYC, I took a picture of a landscape and squished it, making it far taller than it naturally was wider, and went from there. The piece was completed in early 2001, had I known what was coming later on in September I would have given the twin towers a more prominent position in the piece! As far as I know, it still hangs in Brooklyn, but it is time that I mint it and forever capture it in the Avalanche chain. I hope you like it.
