Description
When miners neglect to end their mining at the time promised, their shares become inactive and dilute value from all other miners. Although this is also good because the supply of GENI becomes more deflationary, the miner will be penalized and given to other Advanced Miners as extra revenue. This is considered an "LEM" fee, where "LEM" stands for Late End Mining.
